ABOUT ABOUT

According the the 2019 UNICEF's State of the World's Children Report at least HALF of all children under the age of 5 are malnourished and suffer from hidden hunger due to nutrient deficiency.

Food deserts and swamps are one of the most profound indicators that the population that resides in these areas are lacking in the proper nourishment to adequately grow and develop into whole functioning Beings.

There are 200,000 food insecure, who live in food deserts and are low income locally. That is 1 in 5...20% of the Indianapolis population!!!

#LetsEatIndy! is a donation based monthly community engagement event that takes place every second Thursday and pairs talk with action as we address some of the health and wellness issues challenging our families over healing foods that will help fuel the mind to find solution!

We are LIVING this health and wellness thing out loud and hoping that you will come try something new, learn and grow with us!

Each session has information available to you about the bio-mineral balance and eating alkaline along with the recipe for the evening!

Here are the discussion topics and dates. We have some extra space dates like our #LETSCOOK cooking demonstrations and #LETSVIBE crafting dinners. These special nights are at a set price.
